Wednesday Night Running

Members and friends of the club meet at McQuade Park every Wednesday night for a structured session of running drills.

Juniors start at 5.30pm and the Seniors at 6.00pm

The cost is $5.00 per person per session.

Participants must be a member of the Hawkesbury Triathlon Club

Its a great social atmosphere so come along, no bookings necessary

 

Sunday Running
Members of the Hawkesbury Triathlon Club meet at St Mathews Church, Windsor at 7.30am each Sunday for a 10k run around the quiet roads of the lowlands.

The run is followed by coffee at the Simon s  Cafe in the Windsor mall
